Lace: The child must put on tiptoe; The posterior tibial muscle works.
Walk feet out: The child must walk with the external edges of the foot to favor the supination of the foot, to enhance the musculature of the external compartimineto of the leg and that of the internal compartment.
Lame leg: The child must work balance and proprioception to strengthen their ligaments and intrinsic foot muscles
