when necessary.

The continued use of sandals or flip flops, long walks, heat and humidity

People with diabetes, circulatory problems or foot deformities should
pay special attention during this time of year, since a small injury

To fully enjoy the summer, we recommend:
– Choose comfortable and appropriate footwear for the activity to be carried out.
– Maintain proper hygiene and dry your feet well, especially between the toes.
– Moisturize the skin regularly, avoiding applying cream between the fingers.
– Check your feet periodically to detect any changes or injuries.
– Consult your podiatrist if you have any persistent pain or discomfort, without waiting for it to get worse.

At Center Podomedic we believe that healthy feet are the best guarantee to enjoy
of an active summer, with freedom of movement and without limitations.

Because taking care of your feet is taking care of your quality of life.

Os deseamos un excelente verano y quedamos a vuestra disposición para ayudaros a
keep your feet healthy all year round.
