Sa Guilla mountain race in Santa Cristina d’Aro

On August 25, the fourth edition of the Sa Guilla mountain race was held in Santa Cristina d'Aro. At 8:30 in the morning, a total of 300 runners set out (a record for the event) and all of them finished the route in less than five hours.

The Podomedic Center provided podiatry assistance to the runners of the Guilla race. We did small podiatry reviews and gave advice on type of footwear, exercises and type of weight.

Congratulations to all the participants and especially to the winners Marc Pinsach from Dynafit with a time of 1:59:19, and Paloma Lobera from Matxacuca in the women's category.
