GENERAL TIPS

  • Don't wear the same pair of shoes for a long time. Alternate 2 or 3 pairs.
  • Buy the shoes in the late afternoon, when the feet are the most swollen
  • When buying shoes, check that there is a gap of 1 cm between the longest toe and the tip of the shoe.
  • Avoid completely flat shoes.
  • The seams are the hardest part, and it will never fit. You should check where they are and get upset.
  • Wear the right shoes for each activity. Walking is not the same as running or climbing mountains, the shoe must adapt to the demands of the terrain.
  • The middle area of ​​the shoe must have an arch, to facilitate walking.
  • Avoid thin-soled shoes. This must be able to absorb impacts when walking, with a minimum thickness of 10 mm.

  • They should be wide-based, preferably wedge-shaped.
